Return Policy 

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product.

 

Your satisfaction is a top priority and I will do what I can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out at cottonblossomskincare@gmail.com at anytime if you are unhappy with your order. 

I will accept returns and refund in full only on unused and unopened products within 14 days from delivery date.  However, shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the buyers responsibility to return the goods.

 

Due to hygiene regulations, all opened and used items can not be returned or exchanged. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please review the product ingredients or contact me prior to placing your order and I will be happy to offer advice whether the product is suitable for you.

Damage and losses are dealt with on a case by case basis. 

It is the buyers responsibility to send back the damaged or defective product to receive a refund. Shipping charges of the incoming damaged item will be reimbursed once received.  

Please note: For damaged items they must be reported to cottonblossomskincare.com within 48 hours of delivery referencing your order number to be eligible for a refund.  Refunds will be issued providing the goods are returned within 14 days of the original dispatch date. 

In most cases, returns are processed as exchange due to the nature of our products. However in rare cases, we may accommodate refunds if product is returned due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect.   Please note and keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color or scent for example).

 

If a product arrives broken or damaged, and you don't want to incur cost of returning the item, I am happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.

 

Please note: I will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to shipping providers.  

 

Cotton Blossom Skin Care is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Cotton Blossom Skin Care.
